| 2008 SEASON: BOOKINGS UP TO A GOOD START AND ACQUISITION OF A CAMPSITE IN CORSICA (25/03/2008 18:30) 1 - 2008: Bookings up to a good start
HOMAIR Vacances has recorded a positive trend in relation with its 2008 bookings. These are in line with the target level announced on January 28th, 2008 at the year-end results presentation (“HOMAIR Vacances aims at an above 20% sales growth”).
By the end of week 12 (i.e. for the period running from October 1st, 2007 to March 21st, 2008), the number of bookings has grown above 20% vs. last year. For the record, during the 2006-2007 fiscal year, cumulative bookings by the end of week 12 did represent 49.5% of the total number of bookings made during the entire fiscal year.
2 - Acquisition of a campsite in Sainte Lucie de Porto-Vecchio (Corsica)
HOMAIR Vacances has signed last week the acquisition of the Acqua e Sole campsite in Sainte-Lucie de Porto Vecchio, in southern Corsica. This 3* campsite includes 150 slots and enjoys a prime geographic location.
This acquisition is a good complement to the HOMAIR Vacances portfolio, which now includes 13 owned-campsites.

Homair Vacances: a leading specialist in mobile home holidays
The Group is the French leader of the mobile home holiday market in which it operates exclusively. For the 2007-2008 season the Group offers holidays in c.5 000 mobile-homes spread across 97 selected or company-operated camp-sites. In 2006-2007, the Group reported revenue of €25.9 million, achieving a 24% growth over the past year.
A total of over 90% of these stays are sold directly to customers via the Internet, catalogues and the telephone. Internet sales accounted for c.60% of direct bookings in 2006-2007, compared to around 34% in 2003-2004.
